The Role

• Represent premium window and door solutions at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, sparking interest and educating them about product benefits.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional and visually appealing product displays.
• Connect with shoppers to build trust and clearly articulate product value.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel between various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing and sociable personality, comfortable initiating conversations.
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection and persevere.
• A genuine enjoyment in assisting customers and making positive first impressions.
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Be 18 years or older and possess a smartphone.
