Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL Schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager – Corporate Reporting to lead internal and external financial reporting and global monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. The role will oversee consolidated financial statements, technical accounting, SEC reporting support, financial controls, process improvements, and a team of analysts.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong financial reporting and consolidation experience
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and SEC requirements
• Team leadership/people management experience preferred
• Experience with SAP and HFM preferred
