Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Onsite in Covington, KY

Description: This role will serve as an individual contributor. You will lead complex analysis efforts for high-impact initiatives, shaping solution direction and driving measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner across business and technology teams to translate strategy into execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiencies. Day to day, you will work closely with a team of cross functional and dedicated team members responsible for delivering specific business goals.

Required Skills:

·      Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization

·      Business Acceptance Testing

·      Confluence, MIRO, and concepts like story writing and backlog management
