Experienced IT Recruiter - onshore USA

Introduction:

As an experienced IT recruiter focusing on onshore USA, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the IT industry, specifically SAP consultants and IT project managers. You will play a crucial role in connecting skilled professionals with our clients for long-term contract opportunities, primarily based in the United States but also occasionally in India. This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of IT companies and professionals in India to source quality candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and the client
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to advise on recruitment strategies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on SAP consultants and IT project managers
  • Strong network of IT companies and professionals in India
