Title: Release Management Lead

Location: Columbus, OH or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Role Summary:
We are hiring hands-on Delivery Release Managers to oversee delivery mechanics across product teams and co-supplier application groups. In this role, you will manage dependencies, track risk, drive execution, and help transition status reporting from manual decks to live dashboards (e.g., Jira, Octane) under financial governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  - Coordinate end-to-end releases across internal teams and co-suppliers, keeping dependencies aligned through design, build, test, and release.
  - Manage release calendars, environments, cutover readiness, change control, and production checkpoints.
  - Improve delivery visibility by creating dashboards (Jira, Octane, ServiceNow, Clarity) to replace manual status reporting.
  - Identify delivery risks early and drive remediation plans to reach a path-to-green.
  - Align cross-application test timelines, tracking execution, defect trends, and readiness signals.
  - Enforce SDLC, change, and audit controls to maintain compliance (SOX/operational risk).
Key Qualifications:
  - 7+ years in Release Management or Delivery Coordination for complex, multi-system programs in financial services.
  - Strong background in SDLC governance and change control within regulated environments.
  - Proficiency with delivery tracking tools (Jira, Rally, PowerPoint) and creating actionable status dashboards.
  - Proven ability to proactively identify risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  - Experience with banking integrations, test coordination, or tools like Micro FocALM Octane is a plus.
