• 10+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python
• 3–4+ years of Databricks
• 3–4+ years of Snowflake
• Strong experience with Apache Spark
• Experience leading large-scale data platform modernization
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

• Migration from EMR to Databricks
• Migration from EMR to Snowflake
• Building scalable data pipelines and data integration frameworks
• Enterprise-scale data ingestion and transformation
• Managing data movement between external partners and internal platforms
• Experience with external data sources such as Equifax
