Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Mobile

Location: Fully remote

Employment Type: Contract to Full-Time Hire

Description: Own the strategy and long-term roadmap for a large-scale, customer-facing mobile platform focused on Health and Benefits. You’ll lead a mobile-first transformation, partnering with engineering, UX, analytics, and business leaders to build intuitive iOS and Android experiences. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future of the mobile platform and user experience.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of Product Management experience
• Direct ownership of Mobile iOS & Android platforms
• Familiarity with consumer directed Health or Benefits accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, benefit administration, benefit enrollment, benefit eligibility, or claims workflows)
• Experience with product release management including submission processes, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards
• Experience developing and owning long-term product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on use of AI for discovery, workflows, and product delivery
• Experience partnering with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Analytics, and Business teams
• Strong customer-focused and data-driven product management experience
