Automotive Retail Sales Representative

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Retail Car Sales Representative to drive retail vehicle sales at our transportation and mobility locations. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll greet and qualify walk-in and digital leads, present and demonstrate vehicles, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through pricing, trade-ins, and purchase paperwork. You'll maintain accurate listings and lot presentation, hit sales and customer satisfaction targets, and collaborate closely with operations to ensure safe, clean, and ready inventory while upholding our standards of integrity and service.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify walk-in and digital sales leads for retail car purchases
• Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and history to customers
• Coordinate and supervise safe, compliant vehicle test drives
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options within guidelines
• Prepare and process sales documents and contracts accurately
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle listings, stickers, and lot presentation
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready
• Uphold company standards for safety, integrity, and customer service
