Job Description

Business Development Executive/Manager (US Staffing Industry)


We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive new client acquisition and strengthen our market presence across USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, or services-based industries, with a strong ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and generate qualified opportunities for the delivery/sales teams.


Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field


Preferred Education:

Master's Degree in Marketing or related field


Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within US Staffing Industry (India)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, polished, and personable approach.

Prospecting Skills: Comfortable initiating conversations with new clients, engaging decision-makers, and building rapport quickly.

Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Tools & Technology: Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting best practices.

Team Orientation: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company with credibility and warmth.

Mindset: Hungry, curious, resilient, and driven-understands that business development is a long-term, relationship-driven process.


Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, research, and engage new prospective clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, and warm introductions where possible)

Build and manage a consistent BD pipeline, from initial outreach through qualified meetings and handoff to delivery/sales leadership

Develop a strong understanding of Rose's service offerings (IT, professional, clinical, etc.) and clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients

Collaborate closely with recruiting and account teams to ensure realistic, well-aligned opportunities

Track outreach activity, meetings, and pipeline updates in CRM and provide regular progress reporting

Stay informed on market trends, competitor positioning, and client hiring needs to tailor outreach effectively
