The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate independently and make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company's values and commitment to excellent service on every call.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in a mobile environment.
