Scenario Framework Engineer

Exp. Required: 8+ Year’s

Role purpose

Develop a reusable framework for defining, generating, executing, parameterizing, and analyzing

simulation scenarios for robotics and autonomous-system validation.

Key responsibilities

• Define scenario schemas, parameter models, constraints, event triggers, actors, environment

conditions, and expected outcomes.

• Build APIs, libraries, templates, and tools for deterministic and randomized scenario creation.

• Support coverage-driven test generation, replay, combinatorial variation, and regression suites.

• Capture seeds, versions, results, failures, and traceability for reproducibility.

•Integrate scenarios with simulators, sensor models, orchestration, and QA reporting.

Required experience and skills

• Strong Python/C++ software engineering and framework design.

• Experience with simulation scenarios, robotics/autonomous testing, or model-based testing.

• Understanding of determinism, randomization, coverage, and reproducibility.

Preferred experience

OpenSCENARIO, ROS2, behavior trees, pytest, property-based testing, Isaac Sim, or

traffic/industrial scenario modeling.
