Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) Engineer
Location: Princeton, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) professional with a strong background in the financial sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing end-user technologies to ensure a seamless and secure experience for the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices (Windows/Mac, mobile devices, VDI).
Manage endpoint security, patch management, and device lifecycle (SCCM, Intune, Jamf).
Troubleshoot complex desktop, networking, and application issues for financial trading and operations teams.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Support.
Prior experience in the Financial Services / Banking sector is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
