Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Spectrum Engineer/Radio Frequency professional to design, analyze, and optimize RF spectrum use for mission-critical IT and government programs. In this role, you will perform RF propagation modeling, interference analysis, and spectrum allocation to support secure communications and emerging technologies. Collaborate with systems, network, and cyber teams to ensure compliant and resilient RF solutions. Responsibilities include preparing spectrum documentation, coordinating with regulators, performing link budget and antenna analyses, and troubleshooting RF issues in lab and field environments. Leverage data, tools, and automation to drive continuous improvement and spectrum efficiency.
