Test Engineer 2 | $134K–$172K | Full-Scope Polygraph Required with Security Clearance

Join Navius as a Test Engineer supporting a software development team building integrated tools that modernize visualization and presentation capabilities for mission analysts. This full-time, on-site role in Annapolis Junction, MD requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph and offers the opportunity to lead product releases, enhance automation, and drive regression testing efforts across mission-focused systems.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and documentation • Lead regression testing, service and UI automation, and release processes • Implement testing improvements across CI/CD pipelines • Implement evaluation plans using data gathered from testing activities • Plan and conduct performance data collection efforts • Analyze performance risks and contribute to test evaluation strategies • Support system readiness, data collection, and performance analysis • Assess operational and system performance requirements to prioritize Test and Evaluation objectives and support evaluation planning • Coordinate with systems engineering teams for evaluation planning • Prepare and present test reports, briefings, and documentation • Evaluate operational environments and mission priorities to guide scenario selection and user participation in Test and Evaluation activities • Develop risk-informed performance assessments focused on system effectiveness, suitability, and operational outcomes • Support inspections, demonstrations, paper analyses, surveys, simulations, and live testing activities • Analyze performance risk areas and adapt Modeling and Simulation for Test and Evaluation use   BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline • Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree • Minimum of 5 years of test engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with GitLab, JMeter, Testkube, Selenium, or Robot Framework • Experience with automated service and UI testing • Familiarity with cloud environments • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and release management processes   WHY NAVIUS Navius is a mission-focused technology company built by professionals with experience across the intelligence community, cybersecurity, and commercial sectors.
