Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Mumbai if required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
