Senior Program Manager - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in El Segundo, CA that is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a remote role.

Summary

The Blueprint Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic onboarding engagements for new Blueprint firms while driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the Blueprint platform, operating model, and client experience.
This role serves as the primary project leader for complex client implementations, coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Product, Onboarding and Transitions to ensure successful onboarding outcomes. In addition, the role manages internal Blueprint programs designed to improve scalability, efficiency, advisor experience, and business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new Blueprint firms, from project planning and contract execution through successful launch
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, custodians, technology vendors, consulting teams, operations teams, and internal business partners
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, issue resolution sessions, and executive updates
• Ensure onboarding deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with client expectations and Blueprint standards
• Proactively identify implementation risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project momentum
• Drive accountability across stakeholders while maintaining a positive client experience
• Create process documentation to be used on future onboarding projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 to 15 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, or related leadership roles in the financial industry preferably in the RIA space
• Approximately 10-20% travel required for client onboarding activities, leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and industry events

Success in this role requires exceptional project leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex RIA, broker-dealer, custodial, and technology environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives, operating in ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
