• Strong GPUaaS, GPU infrastructure, or AI infrastructure deployment experience.
• Strong data center infrastructure and critical-path delivery experience.
• Expert-level Smartsheet and Jira portfolio management experience.
• Experience building multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked project schedules.
• Strong cloud infrastructure, networking, and data center lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple complex infrastructure programs simultaneously.
• Strong RAID management, governance, risk, and dependency tracking experience.
• Experience managing vendors, engineering teams, and cross-functional infrastructure stakeholders.
• Strong organizational change management and process standardization experience.
• Proven ability to influence technical teams without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of GPU clusters, bare metal, and capacity planning.
• Experience driving programs from kickoff through deployment and operational readiness.
• Self-starter comfortable owning complex, high-visibility infrastructure programs independently.
