The Role

• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, pricing, and stock flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a fresh food or bakery department.
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce and a keen eye for quality.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to structured and meticulous execution.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a shifting schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays.
