RRU Commando K9 Academy is a joint initiative of Commando College for Dogs & Trainers and Rashtriya Raksha University (An Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India).
We are building one of India's leading professional academies for careers in Pet Grooming, Dog Training, Canine Behaviour, Obedience, Detection, Protection and other specialised canine disciplines.
We are looking for an ambitious Admissions & Business Development Manager to build and drive our admissions function.
Your mission is simple: Fill every batch with the right students.
You'll achieve this by counselling prospective students, generating quality leads, building referral partnerships and working closely with our marketing team to grow admissions through both online and offline initiatives.
What You'll Do- Counsel prospective students and help them choose the right programme.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through consultative selling.
- Manage and follow up every lead from Meta campaigns, WhatsApp, website, phone calls and other sources.
- Build partnerships with grooming salons, veterinary clinics, pet stores, colleges, NGOs, dog trainers and other referral partners.
- Represent the Academy at workshops, seminars, career fairs and promotional events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to grow admissions.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2-5 years' experience in admissions, education sales, counselling or business development.
- Have consistently achieved admission or sales targets.
- Enjoy helping people make important career decisions.
- Are persuasive, organised and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Are comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Are willing to travel locally for outreach activities.

Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, professional academies, universities, overseas education consulting or skill-development organisations will be an advantage.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role reporting directly to senior leadership.
This is not a people-management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and personally driving admissions and business development.
As the Academy grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the admissions function.
Compensation- Fixed Salary: 35,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Earn an additional 30,000-40,000 per month, taking total monthly earnings to approximately 65,000-75,000, based on performance.
