The Role

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by leveraging in-depth knowledge of available inventory.
• Guide customers through every stage of the purchase process, including test drives and financing applications.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and records are accurately completed for smooth transactions.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Contribute to team goals in a dynamic and fast-paced sales setting.
