Pay Range: $178000 - $180000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Senior Well-Architected Framework Architect to assess, design, and deploy AWS solutions that meet defined non-functional requirements (NFRs) across our customer environments.
• Anchored in the AWS Well-Architected Framework, this role focuses specifically on the Observability and Reliability pillars—translating assessment findings into concrete, production-ready solutions and deploying them directly into customer environments.
• The ideal candidate is both a deep technical expert and a hands-on builder who can move from architecture and design through to implementation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; WAF, AWS, Infrastructure, CDK
• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Client, and Grafana.
• Capture, manipulate, aggregate, and report on metrics across distributed applications and AWS services.
• Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insight into system health, performance, and NFR compliance.
• Develop observability solutions and deploy them into the customer environment, ensuring they are operable and maintainable by customer teams.
• Define alerting, thresholds, and reporting standards that align with business and operational requirements.
