Customer Sales Representative to guide prospective customers from an initial face-to-face conversation through product selection, enrollment, and follow-up. Previous sales experience is not required. New representatives receive practical training, ongoing coaching, and direct support designed to build confidence from day one.

Start professional face-to-face conversations with prospective customers
Answer questions and address customer concerns with confidence
Guide interested customers through the enrollment or purchase process
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up needs
Work toward individual sales, conversion, and customer-care goals
Share recurring questions and customer feedback with the team
What will help you succeed
A goal-oriented mindset with personal initiative
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Full-time availability for in-person work in Birmingham, Alabama
Structured training in customer needs discovery, product presentation, and closing
