This specialist manufacturer is becoming increasingly reliant on technology across its operations. You will join a business that values determination, quality, integrity and teamwork, supporting colleagues with a wide range of day-to-day IT needs.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries, diagnosing hardware, software and network problems. You will also install and configure equipment, set up user accounts and support the rollout of new applications and technology.

This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT fundamentals who enjoys solving problems and helping people. Previous helpdesk, desktop support or IT support experience would be beneficial.

The Role:

• 
  Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• 
  Install and configure computers, operating systems, applications and user accounts.
• 
  Maintain IT systems, update support documentation and assist with new technology rollouts.
• 
  Receive comprehensive IT training and ongoing support from an experienced technical team.

The Person:

• 
  Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking, computer hardware and peripherals.
• 
  Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra environments.
• 
  Methodical problem solver who can explain technical issues clearly and prioritise workloads.
