Technical Support Analyst

Job Position: Technical Support Analyst

Location: Petersburg, VA (Hybrid)

Hours: Part-Time (24 hours/week | 3 days/week)

Interview Mode: Virtual (Web Cam) or In-Person

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate hardware/software needs & maintain district asset inventory.
• Troubleshoot PCs, phones, software, and audio/visual meeting setups.
• Draft user-friendly technical instructions and communicate solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year in IT Service Management (Incident, Change & Asset Management).
• 1+ year hands-on hardware/software desktop support.
• 1+ year experience with government agency PC Refresh projects & policies.
• Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• (Preferred) Experience with office moves/cabling or EHR systems.
