The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a premier manufacturing client to secure a Process Engineer to oversee the launch of an innovative thermal management product line. In this high-impact position, you will lead the transition of cutting-edge cold plate technologies—engineered specifically for advanced electronics and data center applications—from prototype builds into repeatable, low-volume production. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will serve as the technical authority across all manufacturing groups, suppliers, and customer touchpoints while establishing a direct trajectory toward an Operations Manager leadership role.
What You’ll Do
Architect end-to-end manufacturing sequences to seamlessly scale prototype designs into reliable, low-volume production systems.
Champion technical communications and alignment across internal production teams, external vendors, and strategic client contacts.
Drive manufacturing process optimization to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and structural integrity for specialized data center cooling components.
Synthesize operational feedback across departments to systematically eliminate production bottlenecks.
Steer continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance overall plant output and position you for future executive leadership.
What You Bring
Associate's Degree or equivalent technical degree.
Demonstrated technical experience ranging from 3 to 30 years within a manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge in Process Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.
Direct technical expertise in Aluminum Fabrication; process engineering experience in alternative materials will also be evaluated.
Practical familiarity with specialized production methods, including Extrusion, Welding, Brazing, Tube Bending, CNC Machining, and Pressing.
Proven track record in Customer Interface and vendor collaboration.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annual base pay
Performance Bonus: 12% yearly bonus
Relocation Package: Full paid relocation assistance available
