We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team of talented managers.
As a New Car Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving automotive sales and managing the sales process. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, training and mentoring sales staff, developing sales strategies, and delivering a superior car-buying experience for our valued customers.
Oversee the deal process, approving sale, trade-in, and incentive amounts.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure maximum performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Foster a positive and customer-focused sales environment.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and safeguards.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a new car franchised dealership
