AI Product Owner (GenAI and Agentic AI)

About the Role

We are looking for a self-directed, creative AI Product Owner to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across our existing products. You will work at the intersection of business, data science, and engineering, taking ideas from concept through to production. This role is focused on the product and its end users and is technology-agnostic.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across existing products
• Enhance existing AI products and discover new AI opportunities
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects to define the right solution approach
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with delivery teams to carry work through development, testing, and production release
• Define and track success measures, and keep the needs of end users central to every decision
• Work independently, shaping direction and requirements rather than waiting to be handed them

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with both generative AI and agentic AI
• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 7-8+ years as a Product Owner (prior business analyst or data analyst experience may count toward this)
• Proven track record of taking AI or data-driven products from idea to production
• Strong experience writing user stories and working in agile delivery teams
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including data scientists and architects
• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Healthcare payer experience

No specific technology stack is required. We care about your product thinking and your ability to deliver value to end users, not about familiarity with particular tools.
