Position: Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Location: Remote with travel but Austin and Minneapolis residents much preferred .must live in either Austin, TX or Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 8 weeks, with a highly likely extension for up to 1 year

Skills:

• Oracle Fusion Cost Management / Cost Accounting experience — this should be the #1 requirement.
• Hands-on experience with standard costing, cost accounting, cost books, cost organizations, valuation structures, cost elements/buckets, and cost rollups.
• Ability to break finished-goods production cost into components such as raw material, labor, overhead, packaging, direct supplies, etc.
• Experience analyzing manufactured vs. externally/copacker-produced goods and ideally PO receipt/purchase costs.
• Experience with supplier pricing/mix and replacement-cost or forecast-cost modeling, particularly where the same commodity/material comes from multiple suppliers at different prices or contract structures.
• Strong Oracle Fusion SCM + Inventory knowledge, but specifically as it relates to costing.
• Ability to work with the business to define the analytics/use cases and cost-accounting requirements, not simply configure screens or generate reports.
• Consumer goods/manufacturing experience would now be a major advantage because the use cases are very manufacturing/CPG specific.
