HR Executive ||Staffing Operations --- McKinney, TX 75070

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations within a staffing environment. The ideal candidate will manage employee lifecycle activities, coordinate closely with recruiters, consultants, and clients, and ensure smooth onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement for contract and full-time employees


Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

·        1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a staffing company

·        Familiarity with W2 employment, timesheets, and payroll processes

·        Experience with HR/payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, or similar) is a plus

·        Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

·        High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
