Mentor Coordinator

18 Degrees, a digital product and engineering studio in Northampton, MA, seeks a Mentor Coordinator to build and run our internal mentorship program. In this role, you'll connect mentors and mentees across our small, senior-level web and mobile engineering team, design structures for 1:1s and group learning, and coordinate workshops, code reviews, and learning circles. You'll track goals and outcomes, refine playbooks, and partner with technical leads and operations to align mentorship with project needs, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture in a hybrid work environment.
