Human Resources and Payroll Specialist

Bellingham Technical College seeks a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll and core HR services for faculty, staff, and student workers. In this student-centered, inclusive environment, you'll manage HRIS data, process biweekly payroll, administer benefits and leave, and support recruitment and onboarding. You'll ensure compliance with state, federal, and college policies while delivering responsive service to employees.
