This employer is hiring on behalf of a prominent company within the energy infrastructure sector, contributing significantly to the energy transition and climate protection goals in Southwestern Germany. They are seeking a skilled professional to join their High Voltage / Substations division and play a key role in delivering critical projects.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount assembly components such as high-voltage terminals, and suspension and support insulators.
• Perform installation and dismantling of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Verify plan documents by marking revisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, e.g., from construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assembly deployments from Monday to Friday across Southwestern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated, independent work style.
