Finance Director, Credit Collections

Family owned and operated for over 40 years, Bob Ruth Ford, Inc. is South Central Pennsylvania’s fastest growing dealership. The Finance Manager is responsible for producing revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other products to customers purchasing new or used vehicles. Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and hit new levels of success!

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of prior automotive sales and/or finance experience
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, computer software, and internet-based financing applications
• Ability to work irregular hours, which may include evenings, “bell-to-bell” hours, and/or Saturdays
• Prior automotive, warranty, feature, trade-in, and related sales experience
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

This position is responsible for working with customers, lending institutions, Ford corporate contacts, Sales Managers and Sales Consultants, and dealership office personnel to finalize new and used vehicle sales in a timely, efficient, ethical and compliant manner.
Finance and Insurance (F & I) Managers are challenged to satisfy customers while generating revenue by selling financing programs, warranties and related coverages, and aftermarket items. Structuring deals to which provide the best solution for customers with credit or other issues

• Communicating effectively with customers to fully explain all aspects of F & I, warranties and related coverage, and aftermarket opportunities
• Maintaining strong working relationships with Ford and finance sources
• Maintaining various reports and records as directed by the Finance Director or General Manager
• Communicating concerns, trends and opportunities to the Finance Director
