Pay Rate: $23.77/hour

Looking for an opportunity to support engineering operations, manage critical project data, and work on continuous improvement initiatives? We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join a fast-paced engineering environment. This position is ideal for professionals with strong organizational, analytical, and project tracking skills.

Job Duties

• Collect, organize, and distribute data from multiple sources


• Work closely with engineering teams to track project updates and changes


• Monitor and maintain project milestones, deliverables, and master plans


• Coordinate change management activities and follow up on action items


• Create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to communicate project status


• Track execution results and provide progress updates to leadership


• Maintain documentation, records, and Book of Evidence files


• Document and distribute lessons learned and project updates


• Update visual management boards and team communication materials


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools


• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment


• Experience supporting engineering, project management, or operations teams preferred


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
