Marketing Director
The Innovative CPA Group is seeking a creative, strategic
Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for our growing CPA firm. This role will develop and execute campaigns that strengthen our brand, support business development, and connect our firm with middle-market businesses, business owners, executives, clients, prospects, and referral partners. We are looking for a marketer first - someone with strong creative instincts, campaign planning skills, and the ability to take an idea from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate is also comfortable working hands-on in HubSpot. This is not a HubSpot administrator or developer role. Please note before applying:
Experience marketing accounting, CPA, tax, audit, advisory, or other professional services is strongly preferred. Experience marketing to businesses, business owners, executives, or other middle-market clients is highly valued. Financial services or wealth management marketing experience is not required. Marketing & Campaign Strategy
Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, print, and direct outreach.

Create compelling messaging and content for middle-market businesses, business owners, clients, prospects, and referral partners. Promote the firm's tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services through targeted campaigns and thought leadership. Maintain a consistent and professional brand across all marketing materials. Manage the firm's marketing calendar, priorities, and campaign timelines. Marketing Automation
Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and lead scoring.

Monitor campaign performance and use results to improve future campaigns. Maintain accurate marketing data and reporting. Business Development & Events
Partner with firm leadership and partners to support business development and growth initiatives. Develop marketing materials and campaigns that support client acquisition and referral relationships. Plan and oversee client, networking, educational, and community events. Manage event marketing, including invitations, materials, presentations, and follow-up.

Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor marketing staff and coordinate with outside vendors as needed. Partner with tax, accounting, audit, and advisory teams to understand their services and marketing needs. Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a CPA, accounting, professional services, or B2B environment. Experience marketing to businesses, business owners, or middle-market clients preferred. Hands-on experience with HubSpot. Strong writing, creative, campaign development, and project management skills. Experience planning and executing events.

Prior experience leading, managing, or mentoring marketing staff. What You'll Love About Us
