Airline Experience highly preferred.

Certified Scrum Master required

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, including participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning / Big Room Planning and coordination across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles with the ability to independently facilitate ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Java, AWS, APIs, and modern software development practices (coding experience not required).
