Job Requirement:

• Serve as the primary Stripe Administrator, responsible for configuration, administration, maintenance, and ongoing operational support of the Stripe platform across business applications.
• Configure and manage Stripe accounts, payment settings, user access, roles, permissions, payment methods, webhooks, API configurations, and other administrative components based on business requirements.
• Provide day-to-day application administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, configuration changes, upgrades, enhancements, and production support for Stripe-related applications.
• Lead and coordinate Stripe integration initiatives, partnering closely with middleware, application development, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with the middleware/integration team to support APIs, webhooks, data flows, payment processing interfaces, authentication mechanisms, and troubleshooting of integration-related issues.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate Stripe configurations and administrative solutions, while following organizational security, compliance, and change-management standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to payment transactions, integrations, configuration, connectivity, user access, and application performance, coordinating with internal teams and vendors when necessary.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation, including configuration details, integration dependencies, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and change records, while providing knowledge transfer to support teams as required.
