The Role

• Provide technical and programmatic support to a key Navy branch managing technical projects and initiatives.
• Assist in developing program strategies, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Conduct technical, schedule, cost, and risk assessments, including trade-off analyses.
• Participate in various program reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Lead and support integrated product teams.

What You'll Need

• U.S. citizenship with an Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (engineering, chemistry, physics, math preferred).
• 4+ years of engineering experience on defense programs.
• Ability to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with strong self-motivation, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Master's degree in a STEM field and experience with strategic weapon systems are a plus.
