Alteryx Workflow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Alteryx workflows and automation processes.
• Design, build, and support campaign/workflow solutions using IBM Unica or similar campaign management tools.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Work with data sources including Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, and Data Warehouses.
• Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to business stakeholders.
• Perform workflow optimization, testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Alteryx development experience.
• 5+ years working with campaign management platforms (IBM Unica preferred, Adobe Campaign, SAS, Eloqua, etc.).
• Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, and RDBMS.
• Experience in workflow automation, optimization, Data QA, and UAT.
• Ability to independently design, deploy, and maintain technical workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain knowledge, including HEDIS/STARS measures.
