Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and AWS.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Oversee application architecture, code reviews, security, and performance optimization.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployments, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Good knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Experience with technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, application security, and production deployment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Go (Golang).
