Job Description
Canva is seeking a Global Benefits Manager in Sydney to own the global benefits portfolio for a 12-month parental leave cover. You will manage programs spanning healthcare, insurance, retirement, wellbeing, time off, and our Vibe & Thrive allowance, balancing cost with Canvanauts' needs across multiple countries.
You'll negotiate renewals, launch benefits changes, and work with Finance, Legal, Payroll and People teams to keep policies clear and execution smooth.
