Senior Mainframe Developer

Position: Senior Mainframe Developer
Experience: 12+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2
• Experience with VSAM, IMS, SQL, and mainframe batch processing
• Strong knowledge of mainframe application development, debugging, and production support
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and legacy modernization
• Proficiency with tools such as Endevor/Changeman, File-Aid, Abend-AID, and SPUFI/QMF
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, and deployment
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed systems/APIs and enterprise integrations is a plus
• Ability to mentor junior developers and work effectively with business and technical teams

Preferred: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other large enterprise environments.
