Business Analyst

Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support the continued growth and optimization of our client's Salesforce environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams and technology stakeholders, helping to improve processes, define requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform knowledge with business analysis skills and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including workflows, flows, custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
• Work closely with technical teams to support solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Support data management initiatives, including data quality, imports, cleanup efforts, and reporting.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and end-user resources.
• Assist with release planning, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams regarding Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or related role.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to create functional requirements, process documentation, and user stories.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical teams.
