Position Description:
We are seeking 6 talented and dedicated OPAL Organization Change-Readiness Leads for a Contract role based in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity offers an engaging environment where you will lead change management initiatives, support departmental readiness, and facilitate smooth system implementations within a vital public sector project. The position involves working closely with stakeholders to prepare for, implement, and reinforce new processes and systems related to OPAL program upgrades.
