Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Regulatory Affairs Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage legal entity lifecycle activities, including entity formation, maintenance, governance, and compliance documentation.
- Support board governance by coordinating meetings, maintaining corporate records, and preparing regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures across multiple entities.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to support entity management initiatives and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
|
Experience |
10+ years of experience in legal entity management, corporate governance, entity compliance, and board support within enterprise organizations. |

Legal Entity Management, Corporate Governance, Entity Compliance, Board Support, HCue, Regulatory Documentation, Corporate Records Management, Compliance Reporting |
|
Business / Domain Skills |
Corporate Compliance, Investment Management, Financial Services, Healthcare, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement |

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |

Documentation |
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |

Work Authorization |
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting legal entity management and corporate governance within large enterprise organizations.
- Experience working with legal entity management platforms and regulatory compliance processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
