The Role

• Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic checks.
• Manage own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Work autonomously, making informed decisions to resolve issues for each customer.
• Represent the organisation by providing expert advice and professional service.
• Adapt to a dynamic daily schedule with diverse mechanical challenges.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and advice.
• The ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
