Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer Location: London<br />Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE<br />Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are currently working with a leading international engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer looking to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering environment.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop efficient and buildable structural solutions. The Role<br />As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Delivering structural engineering design across a range of building projects.<br />Producing structural calculations, reports and technical documentation.<br />Developing structural schemes from concept through to detailed design.<br />Working collaboratively with architects, façade engineers and other consultants.<br />Supporting project delivery, technical coordination and design reviews.<br />Assisting with site inspections and resolving technical issues where required.<br />Using industry-standard design software and engineering principles to deliver robust solutions.

About You<br />The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.<br />Relevant UK structural engineering consultancy experience.<br />Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.<br />Experience working on building structures and/or façade-related projects.<br />Competent use of relevant structural design software.<br />Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />Excellent communication and coordination abilities.<br />Ideally working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
