Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies
• Strong understanding of Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration
• Hands-on experience with mandatory Mainframe technologies:
• CICS
• VSAM
• COBOL
• JCL
• DB2
• MQ
• Zeke
• Changeman
• Experience in building and managing team composition for migration projects
• Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills for production issues using Mainframe tools
• Knowledge of Java and distributed solutions is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
• Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
• Experience in preparing Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documentation
• Experience working in an Agile environment
