Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong object-oriented design and development experience
• Advanced experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Experience designing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed systems
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, and modern data architectures
• Experience working in Test-Driven Development (TDD) environments
• Strong system architecture and platform design experience
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• Exposure to investment, financial services, or data-intensive business environments
• Interest in evaluating emerging technologies and driving innovation initiatives
