.NET ARCHITECT

1.     Scope of Work:

o   Design and implement cloud-based .NET solutions on Azure platforms.

o   Design and implement secure .NET applications, adhering to industry best practices.

o   Programming needs for .NET, Angular, TypeScript applications, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

o   Work on SQL Database, NHibernate, REST Apis, GitHub Technologies

o   Extensive experience in Investran/ Private Capital suite.

o   Expertise on equity investment financial domain, must have knowledge of financial accounting.

o   Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

o   Should have experience in Azure Pub-Sub model implementation using Azure Topics and subscription model.

o   Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities.

o   Optimize database performance and query efficiency.

o   Create design diagrams, specifications, and design documents.

o   Ensure Design meet standards and user requirements.

o   Collaborate with other technical teams and architecture teams to ensure the design standards are followed and sign off are obtained.

o   Lead technical discussions and facilitate decision-making.

o   Design and implement solutions that meet performance and scalability requirements.

o   Conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks.

o   Implement caching strategies and other performance-enhancing techniques.

o   Design for high availability and disaster recovery.

o   Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

o   Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

 

2.     Skills and Experience:

· 12 + years of experience as a .NET and cloud architect, with deep expertise in financial systems, integration methodologies, and cloud-native development

· Must have 8+ years of experience in Investran/Private Capital suite.

· Should have experience in equity investment financial domain and knowledge of financial accounting.

· Proficiency in developing complex, event-driven workflows using .NET, Angular, Type Script, SQL server, nHibernate, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, CICD pipelines, Azure Docker Container Architecture, and cloud-native services, including robust exception handling and error management.

· Knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture, service scalability, and high-availability patterns in Azure.

· Experience managing complex .NET and cloud application development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

· Experience in developing large-scale .NET applications for finance and accounting domains, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

· Experience collaborating with distributed teams in an offshore/onsite model.

· Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based automation solutions using serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Experience in analyzing business processes and designing .NET-based solutions to automate financial and accounting tasks.

· Ability to evaluate and select appropriate .NET frameworks, cloud services, and integration technologies for financial and accounting applications.

· Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage distributed development teams (including offshore/onsite models), and track progress using agile methodologies.

 

· Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with .NET and cloud application deployments, particularly in sensitive financial environments.
